    Question <!--#include file="../includes/icalinks.htm"-->

    This is the first time for me doing this so I am really stuck. I have tried to get the "include file" macro, see my sample below, and others like it to include HTML code and have got nowhere.

    <!--#include file="../includes/icalinks.htm"-->

    I do not know it there is something with the Web build parameters, which I have no control over, or something with the "global.asa" file, or some other HTML, Asp etc.. option which I may or may not have control of.

    I have tried as much as I know and got nowhere. I would be willing to try anything anyone can suggest.

    Thank you

    Hi,

    I may be mistaken, But, (if your host supports SSI) I think you may want to use the

    <!--#include virtual="../includes/icalinks.htm"-->

    the #include file directive is only for files in the same directory as the file that calls it and assumes as much.

    I hope it was that simple. Sorry, if you've already tried that.
