hello everyone.... im kind of a newbie with flash (as i've mentioned before) and i wanted to make something like THIS

don't worrie, im very good and fast at learning, so can anybody help me make something like that but with a little bit o less options... it doesn't have to be so advanced.... I would REALLY appreciate it!!
