Send an image to an email!

Well, my problem is thati have kept an image at:

the image displays a different thought for the day.And i want to collect these images/thoughts without visiting my page or the original page
So, i would like to know is there any php scipt or any other way with which i can make this image send on my email id or get stored any where on web.

I asked you the question because the site:
http://www.truthbook.com/quotes/index.cfm
does the same, that is it emails me the quote of the day page (after subscribing) in HTML format as it is seen on site.I think there's a cgi script for it what do you think
pls. leave a suggestion or two.
