specific time based event needed

How can I get a page to load on a certain day and time and then go back to the original page? A pop-up box would work as well, I just need it to only show during specific times. I tried the function in Frontpage 2003 but there were issues with the server that caused it to not function on time.

Do you mean if the page is loaded on a certain day/hour/minute it does something?

yes. If someone accesses the page on a certain day/time - I either need a pop-up or the page to change and then go back after a certain time. Basically I need people to know the that something is happening during a certain time but I dont want it there all the time because that would get annoying.
