Possible to combine Image Thumbnail Viewer II & Lightbox v2.03?

3) Describe problem: Possible to combine with lightbox v2.03?

Is it possible to combine Image Thumbnail Viewer II with lightbox for the full-size images? Ideally: -

1. Thumbnails change main image on mouse click
2. Main image links to larger image on mouse click, via lightbox, with "image x of x" grouping enabled.

I've got it working simply linking to a larger image (no lightbox), I thought it would be a simple case of adding rel="lightbox[groupname]" to the HTML code in thumbnailviewer2.js, but this doesn't work

the lightbox additive would seem redundant. and it would require 3 images per file, which can add up quite quickly on both disk space and bandwidth transfer.

Image Thumbnail viewer II may not be the best script to combine Lightbox with. Here are some past threads on combining Lightbox or something similar with other gallery scripts on DD:

Unfortunately I'm looking for something exactly as I requested.

I'm aware of the disk space and bandwidth implications but can live with these.

I had a search and couldn't find any posts where this combo had been done before
