    Default backing up the database

Sort of a different question, but lets say that I have a terrible host that will delete my database and website if it gets word that I plan on changing web hosts. What is the best way to backup my database onto my PC?

Go into phpmyadmin (or whatever tool they give you to use), then simply export the databases you want.

    Hope this helps.
