CSS Chrome Drop Down - help?

Hi all. I am trying to use this menu on a new site I am working on. I have incorporated the code into my index.htm - but on trying to preview the page I get the following error:
"Line 59 Char 1 'cssdropdown' is undefined"
I have the .JS and .CSS files in place - and I have tried using the demo file from DD - but same error. I've tried following all the instructions on DD but cannot get past this. I hope I'm not being thick! I'm fairly new to the coding side of websites - and to this forum.
