Firstly, click the little "x" sign in the corner. Then, open up Notepad/Simple Text/<your text editor of choice> and...

Well, I assume you are talking about slices.
You should probably be able to open a psd just like you did in image ready, and edit slices from within PS. PS has always had some slicing capabilities, so they probably just added the rest in and got rid of the extra program.
Seems like something that would be covered in the help manual for "what's new" or "new features with CS3", etc.
However, for updating the existing code, you might find it a better idea to do what was suggested above.
(But, Twey, remember, the code generated in Photoshop is related to graphics, so it can be difficult to just type numbers)

Yes, I've seen this code... entire pages made up of absolutely-positioned <div>s with "text" images inside them. Lovely.(But, Twey, remember, the code generated in Photoshop is related to graphics, so it can be difficult to just type numbers)

What graphic software would you suggest using for image maps and/or slices?
Additionally, you could simply use Image Ready or Photoshop to create the slices and generate numerical data, then recode into the format you want. You could even automate it with a fairly simple script.

I wouldn't. Slice-based designs are almost invariably poor. The ones that aren't tend to have been coded by hand. What graphic software would you suggest using for image maps and/or slices?
