configure IFrame SSI script II for opera

im using this script above in IE & Firefox but wont work in Opera. now i have tried it a little and i make it work just a bit but stil not full to show all text that there is in the content that is supose to be.. now i have set the opera frame size to a constant 600 for now. i need to fix the resizible iframe.. anybody know how to solve this?
