Cost Calculator

Hey there, I am looking for a cost calculator that might have some functionality like

- Hourly Rate
- Data Transfer Needed
- Mileage (not necessary)

I want my clients to be able to check the hourly rate, 1hr=100.00$ plus 5mbps=$128.00. Adding the miles from my office to their location might also be a plus but I could just add that after.

So to get 1 hour and 5mbps they would pay $228.00

Does any one know of a script that has already been made??
