WMA Conversion

I have a client who wants to be able to have people upload wma and avi videos to their website and then have them be displayed on the site in a flash movie. Does anybody know if there is a server side program out there or a script that can conver the wma and avi files on the fly to a swf movie?

I do not know of one, but ask blizzard if he's online because he's extremely helpful with flash, and he is almost always welcome to help man... I don't know asp, I can't remember flash that much, but I don't think PHP and flash are best friends *maybe i'm wrong* but still I think its possible...
