Banner with username and login

I wonder if anyone can help. I have created a table for a banner, ontop of that I've created another table in the hopes that I could set to the right side a user name field and password field with a login button. I can't seem to get it aligned properly. althought it is showing me that it is set to the right side, when i run a preview through a brower it is actually set to the center of the banner. Does anyone have any ideas ? Any and all help is greatly appreciated.

My apologies, the link is:Reelplays. Another thing is now when i publish this page I can't even see the banner ?, but you can see i have set as a background image in table above the navigation seprator bar. Myabe i'm taking the wrong approach, maybe i should use css to control this ? Your opions are greatly appreciated. Thank you again in advance.
