Registration on a website

I need a code that will let visitors to register on my site i know HTML and am a copy and paste javascript php pretty much everything except HTML kinda guy.

if anybody could make me a code for registration and the box to login in 2 seperate replys itd be much apreciated

if you do not know much php or other serverside programming language i think your best bet would be to use a framework template, like phpBB or vBulletin (not free) or something else similar, until you have somewhat of a grasp on how to show / process / protect your site.
