Far as I know I have done everything exactly how the tutorial has told me to do but it doesnt work. Any ideas please?

I have internet explorer, and it didnt work for me.

Thats because (as it says on the demo page):

<img id="spotlight" speed="50" src="GLFS.jpg">

needs to come before the script. Then it will work in IE, and only in IE.
