Default Fitting Web Page automatically To Different Screen Resolutions, Width Wise...

    06:25 29-Aug-07

    Dear Sir/ Madam,

I am in the process of designing a web page and its tabular contents require me to show full width on all types of screen resolutions.
    Contents consist text and graphics.
In short I want to show full information, width wise, without scrolling horizontally. Page should fit width wise automatically to any screen resolution by expanding or shrinking.
As far as vertical scrolling is concerned, there is no problem.
Can it be done for non tabular format also so that contents show exactly same on all type of monitors?
    Kindly help.
    Thanking you,

this is either an ad, or in the wrong place...
    or both ?

now on that note. if you set the widths according to percentages then there wouldn't be a discrepency about a horizontal scroll... however you probably do want to limit the minimum resolution that someone can be viewing.... and if below that a horizontal scroll necessary

give us the code / site you need this done to.... so we can see where you need help

I'll give you some serious advice, you do not want to put this kind of personal information in the public domian. I can see the fraudsters grinning at the amount of info you have made available, it would be so easy for a bad guy to impersonate you and gain access to your finances, or at the very least gain loans and finance in your name. Default Thanks for your considered advice...

    Dear Sir/ Madam,

As I said earlier that it was an example only. The form is not for putting on web in this format. As a matter of fact it is already removed and I use this URL for developing new sites only.
However my question remains as to how to fit width of this kind of forms on different monitors.

    Thanking you,
