Funky Animated Collapsible DIV Loading

3) Describe problem: Hi, I think I have the Animated Collapsible DIV installed properly because it works just as expected except for one thing.

When a page loads that it's installed on, the div space loads full size as white-space (but with no content) BEFORE it reads the cookie and then decides to close itself.

This creates a distracting 'flashing' when the page loads and isn't pleasant to look at. Is there a switch or specific setting I can use to work around this 'flashing'?
