Thread: Layout is looks OK on Firefox but not IE

    Question Layout is looks OK on Firefox but not IE

    Please, any gurus help me take a look why is this happening?

    In Firefox, it looks OK.

    But when in Internet Explorer, the top right hand side with "Home, About, Contact and Suggest a Game" is a little lower. If I add another link, it will overlap the SUBSCRIBE image.

    How can I solve this problem? Thanks... Been trying but couldn't fix it.

    The problem is not only the menu, example:

    The problem i think that you use the padding to format the text align, so with the IE it need more width, and you fixed that width, it will not enought width to contain all div you have, so, some drop below (in this case it's search, subscribe).

    And about the menu, you should know the difference between IE & FF when you use the margin - padding properties before you can solve the problem.

    Are you talking about IE6? It looks fine in IE7 - same as in FF...
