dont know css - stuck on template

i have a wp template that i cant figure out how to edit.

i want to move the bodypan up, right under the topPan
I took out some buttons in between but cant figure out how to remove the space.

You can download the demo of the software they are selling and use it for 30 days for free. I don't think there are any restrictions on it. It's nice in that you also get a preview window for the page you're working on.
