Pausing up-down Scroller installation
**SOLVED** Just moved the table into the body and placed the script between two spaces.

3) Describe problem: I place both both sets of code in their respective places, first part in the <head>, 2nd part in the <body> and only get the code to show up in the body (not the scroller). Do I need a CSS for this? How do I implement this into my page? Thanks in advance.
edit: I just noticed, since I'm trying to put this in a table, it never goes into the <body> portion, stays in the head for some reason. Can I use a table and have this in the <body>? I'm using expression web.
