I have a webfolder on our webserver that is access by external clients.
I need to create a web page to display the folders.

I setup a site local and testing.
The testing site access is set to WebDav and the url https://999.9.99.9/folder
login and password are stored so I can see the folder so I can test the site prior to going live.

I receive this error:

HTTP error occurred. Dreamweaver cannot make a connection to host. Your login or password is incorrect. Please check your connection information.

When I run the url (ms start menu run) it works.

Really need help, I've been working on this for four days!
