Is there a script that could imitate a referrer.

Example:

Site1.com/page.asp will only accept connenections from Site1.com

Would there be a way to immitate site1.com from site2 ?

Yes, you can imitate a referrer. But you cannot pretend to be connecting from somewhere you are not -- at least not without a lot of work, and even then you would be unable to receive the results of your request.
