restyling image

As I do not have any programs on my computer to redo images, I was wondering if someone could be so kind to do it for me. All I need is to make the blue background transparant, please.

Sorry about that. I've been busy for a couple days, and didn't notice that wasn't full size. I think the board automatically resized my attachment.
