Scrollable tabbed interface

Hi all,
I am pretty new to writing scripts..So this is the first place I put my head in once I got a,well, uphill task...

I have been asked to design a tabbed interface for a web page exactly similar to the ones in IE7 and FF using Javascript/HTML/CSS only..please help me out on this..

Go get a HTML tutorial and learn it.
