Changing the menu later

This is a great menu!

Just one question.
If I put this menu in several webpages (like 30 or more) and later I want to make some changes in the menu like ad two submenus or one prime menu, what could I do to avoid changing one by one the 30 webpages?

Is it possible to change only in one place and the others webpages changes automatically?

Could this be transform or adjust to made by an external file?
