Default Flash Drops Down, & Places Correctly in Firefox, not IE

I have a flash menu that I've built using 123 Flash Menu. It drops down and places just like I want it to in Firefox, but in IE the menu doesn't drop down out of the <div> tag or place like Firefox.

If ANYONE has ANY solutions to modify the scripting I have in place to make the menu display properly in IE then I'd love to hear them.

Page with the Flash Menu Source:
    Code:

    Hi...

I didn't look at your code too much but seems like a z-indexing issue to me. Google z-index + flash and see if any of the solutions offered help.

Thanks for the suggestion but that didn't seem to help. I played around with the z-index in the css and it still didn't display the flash above the div content and nav tags.

    Edit:
I've fixed almost everything by switching to Adobe Flash CS3's way of embeding and activating flash in ie7.
    Here's the final hurdle:
Have any idea why the flash doesn't drop down over the text in IE, but it does in Firefox?

I need it to drop down in IE too!

For me, your drop down works on all pages except the index page. What's different about this page?

    I'm using IE7

the difference is that the page I linked you to is using a flash menu that I'm trying to switch over to so that I can edit 1 file to change the menu. The rest of the site is still using the javascript + css menu that requires changes on every page the menu is on.
