Conveyor Belt Slideshow

I really like this script a lot! But here's my question. I want to use pictures that I have in a folder I use for a gallery, but the pictures are all different sizes. Is there any way to have these images automatically resized by width or height to fit in whatever size criteria I've already specified? So basically I want to take larger images that I have on another page (the full sized images), and have the script resize the images to fit the 'conveyor belt'. What happens now is that larger images are just cut off, not resized.

Or do I have to create a separate set of images all resized manually by me?

Also, if its not obvious from my question, I'm not a developer...
