Menu-selected iFrame content

G'Day, all..

I am not allowed to use 'frames' -- company standards, you know. I can use iFrames. Hmmmm...

Background info:
A 1Rx2C table on web page. (40%/60%)
LEFT column contains expandable/collapsible menu (script from Dyn Drive)
RIGHT column is empty

My goal:
Put an auto-sizing iFrame in RIGHT table column (scroll bars as needed)
Have each menu item use iFrame as 'target' (load menu URL into iFrame when clicked)

I've done some VB, but too lightweight to figure out how to catch selected web page (AKA selected menu item) in a variable and refresh page using that variable as iFrame source document.

I picked a bad day to stop sniffin' glue! All help/suggestions appreciated.
