Lightbox 2.03 problem - images show up "behind" material

The images show up "behind" the right column instead of "taking over" the page and viewing "in front" of everything. Is this a CSS isue or something else?

A css issue. In lightbox.css (changes red):

#lightbox{
	position: absolute;
	left: 0;
	width: 100%;
	z-index: 1000;
	text-align: center;
	line-height: 0;
	}

and:

#overlay{
	position: absolute;
	top: 0;
	left: 0;
	z-index: 900;
	width: 100%;
	height: 500px;
	background-color: #000;
	}
