    can you guys help me retrieve Excel data? How do i go about it? Thank you.

    Save it as a CSV.

    You haven't mentioned the technology using which you need to extract Excel data.

    File > Save as > CSV

    Please have a look at a typical article about this topic in which the server-side tool is PHP.

    But that just tells you to save it as a XML file...

    are u referring to me? my mistake. thought by posting my question in the PHP forums says it all. its all pretty vague to me to whom you are really referring in case...
