Combining two Javascripts???

Would it be possible to incorporate the smooth transitioning found in Lightbox Image viewer v 2.03 into the Ajax Tab Content? Darkening the background would not be necessary.

This way, you could have the tabs smoothly roll down and back up... maybe even with the rollover state instead of mousedown.
