opening a popup w/frames but to a specific anchor?

Hi experts,

This is a really simple one and I think it should be a simple bit of code, so maybe someone can help me out:

I have a link on my site that pops up a help section with multiple frames (yes, frames -top,left,main) that utilizes the onClick command. I use the "href" tag (html3.shtml) to go to an alternate version of the help file for people who have javascript disabled, so I would like to keep that as is and fix the onClick command.

However, I would like to popup the help file, but to a specific anchor within the content frame (mainFrame).

I'm using IE 6.
