Has anybody had any experience with using javascript to bust out of an iframe?

By this I mean have an iframe on one part of the page and get a div inside the iframe to display absolutely on the page. It's the technique used by ad servers like Double Click and Eyeblaster to get floating and expanding ads working that start in an iframe.

If anyone knows anything about this please let me know asap, I can pay anyone who writes some code to solve my issue.
