Help with Tooltip within Option Tags, works in Firefox, not IE! Help with IE!

Ok, I've made a site for my furniture company however, there seems to be a problem with the Tooltip under IE Only.

In Firefox, it displays the images of the furniture when you highlight an OPTION tag within the select fiend, it's the only one, so no confusion. It works right, in Firefox, Firefox2 is what I'm using, now in IE 6-7, 7 in Vista, 6 on XP, it doesn't show within the option tag, however, the tooltip works with DIVS, IMGs, etc, so what is wrong here, this should be easy!
