SlashDot menu Feature Request - Help...

1) Script Title: Slashdot menu

3) Describe problem: I like the Slashdot menu a lot. However, I would like the user to be able to click on category... causing to expand the suboptions and send the user to another page on the website.

For example: If you click on category below, it would give you suboptions 1-3 and it would take you to .../About.htm

Category --> href=.../About.htm

Suboption 1
Suboption 2
Suboption 3


Is it possible to make a single mouse click to cause 2 functions (i.e. follow a link and expand)
