Scrolling Iframe - Horizontal?

don't know if anyone can help with this

I've used your scrolling Iframe script on a few sites - it's been really handy for a couple of photographers who have scrollable thumbnails on the left - linking to full sized images that appear on the main page.
I've now got someone who needs their scrolling Iframe carrying the thumbnails running horizontal - he's got panoramic shots. So I just need the same thing - but having the arrows scrolling across the page. which I thought would be easy - but not so.

I can easily create a horizontal Iframe on the page - but with the stanadrd scroll bars which looks Naff.

Is it possible to customise the script so I can have the mouseover arrows - but which scroll from left to right?

Any help/advice would be much appreciated
