JS Frame Targeting

Hi

I'm using a DD script for drop down menu with descriptions. The script can be found here. I'm having trouble getting the hyperlinks targeted to a particular frame in my page. It currently reads:

"<option selected value="http://www.javascriptkit.com" target="main">JavaScript Kit </option>"

but it's not targeting to "main". could anyone shed any light?
