How do I put my icon on the tab? Dynamic Drive Forums has a green d. Most sites have them. How do they do that?

On what tab, the one in your browser or one on a script? If the browser one, the term is called a favicon. You can create one using any image of your choice and using this tool:

http://tools.dynamicdrive.com/favicon/

You could also search through the forums for the term favicon and read through those posts on more specific items about it.
