how to set eisa partion as active

my comp crashed, i NEED to do this to restore to factory defaults, there is no other way, trust me ive tried.


i cant right click it and set the eisa drive as active, it wont let me, the eisa hidden partition has no name or drive letter.

i read if i set this as active, i can restore the system to factory settings. how can i do this?

Err... use the Recovery CD.

Or... you can use a Partition Manager, or use an original XP CD and start from scratch.
