3) Describe problem: I've customized it and it works great in Firefox, but Internet Explorer doesn't display a change in the background color of the cell when I roll over the links. I'm somewhat inexperienced but I've examined the #dropmenudiv a:hover property in CSS and checked the Javascript and I can't figure it out. BTW, the page I'm working on is realrealtysolutions.com/index.html
