Default Fade-in slideshow - Right Click for next pic

    1) Script Title: Ultimate Fade-in slideshow (v1.5)

    2) Script URL (on DD): http://www.dynamicdrive.com/dynamici...nslideshow.htm

    3) Describe problem: Right click to immediately go to the next image, bypassing the delay.

I don't have a site yet, but plan to have a number of images in the fade-show, which a visitor could sit back, have a cold one, and enjoy. But, returning visitors might be interested in seeing a specific image again. I thought it would be a useful feature to quickly get to a specific image by right clicking the image and the next image would display immediately, rather then waiting for the delay.

I looked at the code, but not being a java programmer, I couldn't see how to start. Could anyone tell me if / how this might be accomplished?

BTW, Just found this site and script, and I must congratulate those that work on it... it's a very simple / elegant solution. Thanks, very much.

There are at least two reasons why this cannot be done. One is that the next image may not be ready for display yet. Another is that the right click is already used for the context menu and cannot be overridden in many browsers.

For a fading slide show with more (optional) control over events for the person viewing it, see:
