setcookie() not working in IIS7! HELPPP

Hello!
I can't get setcookie() to work on IIS 7!!! Does anybody know why this happens?? There's no error, it simply does not set the cookie.. I'm starting to get A BIT DESPERATE with Vista and IIS7!! I'm using PHP4 and it is up and running, only setcookie does not work. Please Help :/

Just use a session instead.
