3) Describe problem: When i goto the site above, Internet Explorer doesn't flag it for security, yet when I install the script on my site, when I first goto the site, the box doesn't drop and internet explorer asks if its ok to for security reasons, how do I stop this? Thanks.

This happens whenever you're running a script offline in IE. It doesn't show up when viewed online by viewers.
