    Default tip of the day

I entered this awesome code and it works great on one of my laptops , but there is only part of the frame for the tip on my other laptop. I'm suspicious that I may be using IE5 on the working model and I know I'm using IE6 on the "non-working" model.

Can I use this script (which is really cool) or should I just dump it?

    Thanks!

What's it look like in FireFox?

IE6 is much more widely used than 5. Try it on IE7 too and see. If it doesn't work on several browsers, don't drop the script...work on it until it works in those browsers.

Arrow How do you correct the tip for other browsers?

Thanks for the quick reply. But I'm not sure how to correct it or I would have already...

...the author stated it works in IE4 and IE5, so I would say it was awhile ago that he wrote the program.

He also said NOT to contact him, but to work it out in the forum. So if anybody is using this script and has made the changes I would appreciate the help in making it work for all to see and use in their own programs. It is a neat pop-up tip of the day that I would think many people would like to use on their websites. We are a physical fitness studio and I filled my tips with health and wellness information that our members have asked about at the club.

Thank you again for any assistance you can give!
