    Default Collapsible DIV -Start OPENED?

    1) Script Title: Animated Collapsible DIV

    2) Script URL (on DD): http://www.dynamicdrive.com/dynamici...edcollapse.htm

    3) Describe problem: Anyway to make it start OPENED instead of defaulting to collapsed?

    Thanks!

I was waiting to see how soon someone asks for such a feature. I'll be adding this ability the next time this script is updated, most likely within the next 2 weeks.

Cool!!!! I'll be the first in line to get it!

Brilliant Script by the way...I combined it with Walter Zorn's Drag and Drop script...and now I have Collapsible/draggable items on my site! I would like to have a couple of them start out opened...i.e. My Newsletter Signup widget!

Let me know as soon as you get that added.

Is there any way to get this script working horizontally (i.e have a "leftColumn" div which can be hidden and animates). I can imagine this being trickier, but it could be cool.

    Swish:
It's possible, though the changes required is probably significant enough that it'd be a whole new script. I may add it down the line.
