    Default Dividing An Image

    Hi all,

I have just downloaded and installed the Jigsaw code which is working perfectly. However I now need to know how to divide an image i.e. a photograph (png) H=480 W=336 into 12 blocks each of H=120 and W=112. Is there anything on the web that does this other than doing your best with croping each tile?

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Many Thanks from Down Under

No, that's the exciting thing about mspaint...it never does.

Any image editor would work, it just takes a little steadiness of hand. Zoom in until you can see the individual pixels. There's no automated tool to do it as far as I know.

One option would be slices, if your image editor supports those. You can contro size, then duplicate that slice and move it over, repeat.
Photoshop (esp. through Image Ready) and Fireworks support this, and others too, though I'm not sure which.
