Glowing Tabs Menu Script Customization

I am a newbie that needs help!!! Is there a way to customize the Dynamic Drive Script - 'Glowing Tabs Menu' to:

1) Disable and delete the tab links (I think I can do this one)
2) Change cursor to 'hand' when mouse rolls over the tab
3) Expand the content of the tab when the mouse is clicked
4) Remain on selected content until the next tab is clicked

If anyone has any ideas, please post!

If this is a Dynamic Drive script, it belongs in the Dynamic Drive Scripts Help section, don't worry - I or another a moderator will move it later.

In any case, no one can help without the base code for this script. If it is a Dynamic Drive script, post a link to the demo page (where you got the code from).

If it isn't a Dynamic Drive script, post a link (if available) to where you got the code from.

In either case, if you have your own version (working or not) of it, post a link to that as well.
