i know this is possibble ive seen it somewhere but i cant remember where.
You have a normal internal frame, the scrolling box and you can add a custom border onto it. ive seen it so the picture for your border sort of pertrudes into the box but dosent interfear with the text. Ive seen it on a website before but cannot remember where.
