Form With Subject Help

I created a form on my site and everything works fine, but I need a subject on my email when someone submit to me.

Whenever people submit a form to me, I always received the email as NO SUBJECT, so if anyone know my problem please help.

What method of form processing are you using? If it's a server-side script (and it really should be), the functionality is probably built-in.
