Can't Open site

My client tells me that some of his friends can't open his site. frankconnet.com
It seems to be working fine for me. Any ideas on what I need to do?

Remove the Flash, or provide a more accessible alternative. I can't access it either.

Plain HTML, possibly with JS as a supplement.

Thank you ... I will do that ...but do you know why a site won't load with flash on the home page? as in this circumstance. I want to avoid making the same mistake again.

I suspect it does load, they just didn't have Flash. Or perhaps the Flash was too big and the connection timed out loading.
