    Default Cms?

I'm looking for a system to allow my clients to easily update news and photos on the site I'm building for them. I want to set it up so that they have a control panel where they can directly input content in to specific layers on the template site I have built. I want to do all this while avoiding the typical PHP forum site. Is this really feasible? Should I use some sort of CMS or is there a better type of application for this? I know this is not a CSS question but I couldn't figure out where else to put it.

Not sure what you mean by "typical PHP forum site", but you could either write your own CMS system using your template or look into downloading one.

As I said in my previous statement; you could create your own (or pay someone to do so), otherwise you would have to either you or your client(s) download a WYSIWYG program to edit their site.

I went ahead and moved this to the appropriate forum for you.

    Hope this helps.
